Catharine Pappas is our Director of Relocation. She has been with Dickens-Mitchener & Associates since 1993. She began her career in Real Estate for Coates, Reid & Waldron, the largest real estate company in Aspen, CO, after graduating from UNC-Chapel Hill with a degree in economics.
Catharine holds her Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) and Relocation Certified Coordinator (RCC) designation. Through relocation, Dickens-Mitchener & Associates is a member of the Employee Relocation Council (ERC), Leading Real Estate Companies of the World™ and the Charlotte Metro Area Relocation Council.
Under her leadership, the relocation department has won numerous awards for performance and marketing. The department was recently re-certified for the prestigious RELO Quality Certification (RQC), a designation which is held by less than 4% of the top real estate companies in the world. Catharine is a native of Charlotte, and is married with an 8 year old son and 6 year old twins.
