North Carolina requires very few classroom hours of training for an agent, but this business is very complex, and the day we stop our education, we are moving backwards! We must always remain ahead of the curve in marketing, negotiations, contracts, and most importantly, understanding human behavior! That’s why I am constantly taking new courses.
